Today was actually a really interesting day. Instead of doing the normal georefrencing and specimen packaging we got to go to the Lincoln Park Conservatory and get a behind the scenes tour. It was a really dramatic change from a normal day because instead of working with dead and dry plants inside an office we got to go out and see living plants in the greenhouses. When we got there we were given a really cool tour of the public sections, and afterwards we were taken to the greenhouses that are off limits to the public. Unfortunately, it was about one million degrees in the greenhouse so even though the plants were really cool I had trouble seeing them because my eyes were melting. In the later half of the day we continued to work with the Taleblazer editor, and the more I work with it the more I I enjoy it.
